For the next five months those lovely four letters LSAT will rule my life. Preparing for the LSAT is by no means an easy task. The test is comprised of five 30-minute multiple choice sections and one writing section. Scored out of 180, an applicant needs a score of 165 just to even be competitive these days.
Since I was in the third grade I have always wanted to become a lawyer. I was told at a young age, I had a knack for debating and standing up for the rights of others. Speaking loud and getting my point across was something I was good at. Really, I feel this was just skill I acquired as the youngest child.
Regardless, preparing for the LSAT is now all I think about. I have signed up for a prep course in the summer, however, I fear the class alone will not be enough. Thus, while my fellow peers will be off at the beach and enjoying the summer, I will be reading my life away.
